AG WICKED Cycle

60 MINUTE TOTAL BODY CYCLING WORK-OUT


Inspired by Holly's Boston Days, this class is "wicked haahd." It incorporates weight resistance using a sand ball while cycling and focusing on multi-tasking, burning calories, building muscle and being efficient.

45 MINUTE FLOOR WORKOUT WITH SANDBALLS



A floor-based non-impact, sweat-breaking, muscle-sculpting, posture-disciplined class. Time based, this class hits every muscle group including the heart. Modifications provided.

45 MINUTE CLASS FOR KIDS AND TEENS (Minimum Age 8 - Maximum Age 16 years)

A fun and challenging class for kids after they finish school. Everything is tailored to them, the music, the exercise, the enthusiasm, the fun.
